The wedding of Clayton and Dani



Clayton is one of the coolest guys I know. He is always positive, an intellectual and a great coworker and friend. This was my first time meeting his wife/fiancé Danielle. Dani, is stunningly pretty with a disarming smile and has a charming personality. What I remember most about the two of them is their closeness. I recall watching them at the rehearsal discussing which door the wedding party should enter. Unable to come to an agreement, Dani said, "go ahead, you decide". Clayton thought for a second and made the decision. Obviously, there was nothing special about this interaction, but what made it remarkable was the fact that once the decision was made Clayton asked his wife, "Are you ok with that decision?" To which Dani replied "sure." They smiled, held out their hands, bumped fists and wiggled their fingers together. Every athlete has either done, or seen this done, a thousand times in celebration on sports fields and courts around the world. This gesture between a man and his wife implies a closeness, friendship and trust few of us ever achieve with our partner. Clayton and Dani, thank you for the opportunity to capture your big day
